I have been in the cleaning industry for 18 years but over the past 4 years wanted to be involved in BICSc.In January 2010, I went onto the BICSc website to find a trainer who could help me with the training to better my career. I first met Lynn Webster in January 2011 with the view of a weeks training in the COPC certification and to become an assessor for BICSc. Little did I know the training and advice does not stop when you qualify, but it continues and the help and advice is there whenever you need it.

I found the training from Lynn to be interesting and beneficial to my business. I started with the 10 tasks for my certification and have since moved on to more tasks, becoming an assessor which has helped me in my role to become a trainer for Vinci Facilities as we can now carry out our own training and certificate to the BICSc standards to the extent we now have opened a Training Centre at one of our Doncaster schools and also have a training Academy on the intranet, all managed with Lynn’s help.

Lynn is a fantastic trainer with patience and professionalism and passion which she demonstrates to all her students. She hasn’t only become our trainer she has become our friend and is a fine ambassador for BICSc.
