A sustainable training model – Cleaning Matters November 2016
Many organisations recognise the importance, and hope to reap the eventual cost benefits, of developing models of in-house training. In this month’s Cleaning Matters Lynn Webster stresses how important it is to ensure that ongoing support for in-house trainers, support that is fully integrated with performance management processes, is embedded within such training models. Only if this is the case can the training truly impact on the organisation achieving its objectives.
