Lynn Webster Consultants Ltd, LWC Ltd, offers training programmes for cleaning operatives, supervisors, managers and associated staff, across cleaning and the facilities management industry. Programmes are designed to fully deliver the skills and knowledge needs that are relevant to the industry.

LWC works closely with each client to ensure that programme delivery meets the needs of the organisation, its cleaning operatives and supervisors, and building and service users. This client-focused approach is proven to work, again and again.

Cleaning Operative training is offered to address the very particular skills and knowledge needed to clean effectively and efficiently in retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, office and domestic settings.

Supervisory training  is essential in smooth running of all cleaning operations. LWC Ltd delivers training to enhance the existing skills and knowledge of the experienced supervisor, cleaner-in-charge, teamleader. Training for recently promoted staff is also available, to enable the skilled cleaner to make a smooth transition to competent supervisor.

Coaching in Cleaning programmes will develop the communication, coaching and training skills needed by staff who have the responsibility for ensuring that each and every member of the cleaning team has the up-to-date skills and knowledge needed to do the job.
