Lynn has worked for Interserve in her capacity of training provider for several years, training cleaning and supervisory staff at Interserve Education in BICSc accredited training including COPC and BICSc supervisory skills scheme. The COPC training has been very successful for both the individuals and the company, and when delivering the BICSc supervisory skills scheme Lynn spent time prior to the training with management to ascertain what outcomes would benefit the organisation and tailored ‘bespoke’ workshops around these; the results were a well trained and confident supervisory team who led by example to provide the highest level of supervisory skills.
For the organisation the benefits included the knowledge that training was being delivered to a highly consistent standard using BICSc standards whilst underpinning the organisations values, policies and procedures. I would always consider having Lynn to deliver training in the future and would highly recommend her services.

Lynn has worked closely with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Foundation Trust for the last several years. It was Lynn that introduced to us to BICSc. She carried out the Supervisory Skills certificate with all our Domestic supervisors across the Trust’s three hospitals which was very successful and all our staff enjoyed the course immensely. With Lynn’s help and hard work we have become a hub centre to deliver up to 20 tasks in COPC for our 200+ staff. She is always there whenever we need any support or assistance.

We have used the services of Lynn Webster for a number of years to facilitate the training of staff with a range of different skill levels and needs, this has been from basic BICSc training to the BICSc Cleaning Supervisor’s Skills Certificate. Lynn is a very competent and resourceful trainer, who is able to assess and adjust her training skills to meet the needs of both individuals and groups of staff who find returning to learning difficult. Throughout her training sessions she makes the learning fun and uses real life situations to help relate and understand information and methods to individuals; the feedback we get back is always positive and the staff are more confident about their roles.
